Acceptable Use Policy
To keep billyung safe for everyone — and to stay compliant with our payment and infrastructure providers — all sellers must follow this Acceptable Use Policy. Using billyung means you agree to these rules, in addition to PayPal’s own Acceptable Use Policy.
You must not use billyung to sell or promote
- Anything illegal under applicable law, or that facilitates illegal activity.
- Stolen, hacked, or unauthorized accounts, credentials, payment details, or data.
- Counterfeit goods, pirated media, or content that infringes intellectual property.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive schemes, or misrepresented products.
- Malware, credential-stealing tools, or services designed to cause harm.
- Regulated goods you are not licensed to sell (e.g. weapons, drugs, financial instruments).
- Content that exploits or endangers minors, or non-consensual or otherwise unlawful adult content.
- Hate, harassment, or incitement to violence.
You must not
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
- Use the Service to evade lawful obligations, sanctions, or a payment provider’s decisions.
- Misrepresent who you are or what you are selling.
- Use PayPal accounts you are not authorized to use.
Enforcement
We may review activity and, at our discretion, remove products, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal or financial risk — with or without notice. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant providers or authorities.
