Terms of Service

Welcome to billyung. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the billyung platform and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

billyung provides tools for sellers to list digital products, share checkout links, accept payments through their own PayPal accounts, and automatically distribute (“rotate”) incoming payments across those accounts based on rules the seller configures.

billyung is not a payment processor, bank, or party to any transaction between a seller and a buyer. Payments are made directly to the seller’s PayPal account(s). billyung does not hold, receive, or disburse funds on your behalf.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and to sell the products you list.

3. Seller responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the products you sell, their delivery, descriptions, pricing, and any taxes.
• You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal accounts are valid, in good standing, and used in compliance with PayPal’s own User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.
• You are responsible for handling buyer questions, refunds, and disputes for your own sales.
• You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Payments and third parties

Payments are processed by PayPal, subject to PayPal’s terms. Standard PayPal fees apply to your transactions. billyung is not responsible for holds, limitations, freezes, or decisions made by PayPal regarding your accounts. Our hosting and infrastructure are provided by third parties (including Cloudflare).

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for anything unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or the policies of PayPal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor any particular outcome from using the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, billyung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, funds held by payment providers, or account actions taken by third parties.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
